2003
Creation of Novatis Group and acquisition of a first factory specialized in the production of baby diapers.
2004
Launch of the first Optimum brand of baby diapers
2006
Acquisition of the Norsudex factory
2008
The optimum brand becomes Dalaa Extra.
2009
Installation and launch of the 1st adult incontinence line in Morocco, under the brand Nova Confort.
2012
The Dalaa brand is now the market leader.
2013
Start-up of Jeesr, the largest tissue paper processing factory in Morocco, with an investment of 500 million dirhams (MAD).
2015
Launch of the baby diapers brand Calin.
2017
Installation and launch of the first feminine hygiene line, the Mia brand.
2018
Installation and launch of the first line of baby nappies in Africa.
2019
Inauguration of Lamatem, the first Moroccan factory specialising in single-use medical textiles.
2019
Launch of Novatis West Africa, based in Dakar, to cover the West African region.
2019
Acquisition of a 120,000 m² factory in India and launch of Novatis India.
